App Privacy Policy

The Solve My Cube iOS app does not require an account and does not include analytics, screen recording, cloud solving, ad networks, or social features.

Cube colors, cube states, scan results, validation results, and generated solutions are processed on your device. We do not receive your cube state or cube photos.

The app does not collect, detect, recognize, or use face data. The camera is used only to photograph cube faces and classify sticker colors.

A camera frame or imported photo may incidentally contain a person or face, but the app does not identify or extract face data from it. Images are processed locally in memory only for cube sticker classification and are not stored, transmitted, shared, or retained by Solve My Cube.

No face data is shared with third parties. There is no server-side storage or retention of face data, camera frames, or imported photos.

The app requests camera access when you choose to scan cube faces. Photos you select for import are used to classify cube sticker colors on your device.

Camera captures and imported images are processed locally and discarded after the cube state is read. They are not uploaded to Solve My Cube servers.

This section applies only to the iOS app. In-app purchases are handled by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

The app stores solve quota state locally on your device so it can track free solves and consumable solve credits. Lifetime Unlimited is restored through StoreKit.

If you email support, we receive the email address and message content you send. We use that information only to respond to your request and troubleshoot the issue you reported.

Solve My Cube is a general utility for puzzle cubes. Parents or guardians with privacy questions or concerns can contact support@solvemycube.app.
